Shipping Policy
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99
- Offer is not valid during Sale periods.
- Our Free Flat Rate shipping offer is available to all full-priced orders over $99 shipped to the contiguous United States (excludes AK and HI).
- Canadian orders, Pro orders, Expert Voice orders, and orders that contain a discounted item are ineligible.
- Customers must select the Free Flat Rate method at checkout.
ORDER/SHIPPING DETAILS
- Flat Rate Shipping prices are variable and differ based on Subtotal. Orders under $99 will have a shipping fee based on weight.
- We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders taken on Fridays will ship the following week.
- USPS does not actually guarantee delivery within two days for USPS Priority 2-Day shipping.
- Orders placed with expedited shipping must be placed by 12pm MT for same-day shipment. Delivery times exclude Saturday and Sunday.
- Heavy items are excluded from all expedited shipping methods.
- Certain heavy items sold in our stores are not eligible for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. If you're having issues placing an order to those locations, please insure your cart does not include a non-eligible product.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (two business days) of being placed. During promotional periods and times of high order volume, shipping times are likely to increase. Processing/ shipping times are not guaranteed.
- A confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of order placement to the email you provided in your order information.
- Tracking information will be emailed once a shipping label is generated by our fulfillment center.
- Shipping information can take up to 72 hours to register in the carrier’s website after you receive a tracking number
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once an order is placed it cannot be edited or changed. Our cancelation window is limited and we cannot guarantee any order can be cancelled before shipping.
- Please contact us here to see if your order can be canceled. An order number and email address is required for all cancelation attempts.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS
- If an item is unavailable, it cannot be backordered.
- If you are inadvertently able to order an out-of-stock item, you will be contacted, and a refund notification will be emailed that reflects the amount of your backordered item.
- To be notified when an out-of-stock item has been replenished, sign up for “Back in Stock” email notifications on the specific product page.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country.
- The shipping fees we charge for your order do not necessarily include custom fees, duties, or import taxes.
- If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order.
- We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as “Gift” on customs forms.
- Please note that international orders can be delayed in customs, and in some cases, may take up to 24 business days to be delivered. Please refer to your tracking number for delivery status.
- If using a freight forwarder, we do not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, returned to sender, or delays in transit time. We are not responsible for covering additional shipping or freight fees. Refunds for returned packages will not be issued until return delivery has been confirmed by our distribution center.
